This is a conference call I conducted with three Martha Beck coaches who have taken the Kolbe A Index and who are Quick Starts.
Our initial conversation includes a discussion of what the Kolbe A Index results mean. The numbers coincide to the “action modes” Fact Finder, Follow Thru, Quick Start and Implementor. After taking the 36 question test, the results are presented by four numbers which represents the four action modes. During the call, there is also a discussion of what Insistent, Accommodating and Resistant means in the context of understanding Kolbe results.
Three Quick Starts.
Three different profiles.
Never a dull moment.
The fun really starts when we talk with the three wonderful volunteers, all of whom have Quick Start as their highest number. These Quick Starts like to take risks, look forward to change, and usually wait until the last minute to start a project.
What makes each of these individuals different from a Kolbe perspective are their profiles.
Joy is a 2 – 3 – 10 – 3, (Fact Finder, Follow Thru, Quick Start, Implementor)
Glenda is a 6 – 3 – 9 – 1, and,
Emily is a 3 – 6 – 8 – 3
Listen to the call and learn how Kolbe can help you understand yourself and others better.
You’re not just your highest number!
